Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription billing
Diceroll offers Free, Lite, Pro, and Max tiers. Paid tiers are digital subscriptions that grant a monthly AI-credit allowance and may be billed monthly or yearly through Creem, our third-party payment processor.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The price, billing period, and included allowance are shown at checkout and on the Plans & Billing page.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Plans & Billing page and the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewal charges.
Unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid tier until the end of the current paid billing period. If the Service offers a resume option before the period ends, you may resume the subscription from the billing controls.
3. Refunds
Subscription purchases are purchases of digital access that begins immediately after checkout. Except where required by mandatory applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide partial refunds, prorated refunds, cash credits, or account credits for unused subscription time, unused AI credits, downgrades, cancellations, or failure to use the Service.
Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or other value.
4. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may suspend paid-plan access, downgrade your account to the Free tier, or terminate the subscription after reasonable attempts to process payment.
